Irish Tartans

Irish TartansIrish County Tartans. Made by The House of Edgar. 360 gms per metre, Width 137 to 140 cm.

These new Irish tartans inspired by the Counties of Ireland are reminiscent of the Country with soft warm colours dominating. Celts have woven and worn tartan type fabrics for 1000s of years and these Irish Tartans live up to that long Celtic design tradition. Indeed the Scoti may have introduced early tartan from Ireland into Scotland in the 5thC. The range consists of 32 Irish County Tartans and also the new Irish National Tartan.

Suitable for Gents Kilts, Trews, Trousers and ladies skirts.

Price £45 per metre.
